Fiscalisation and the law
Where we stand with ATK, plainly.
Portofol is in the process of certification as an Electronic Fiscal System. The integration has passed the tests of ATK's test environment: point-of-sale registration, sale, QR code, cancellation, return and offline work. As soon as we receive the certificate, we write it here with its number.

Questions
Before you apply.
Why do I have to apply instead of opening it myself?
Every company in Portofol issues documents with legal weight: invoices and fiscal receipts. A short check of the ARBK register data keeps the platform clean for everyone. We usually open it within the day and write to you by email.
Is Portofol certified by ATK for SEF?
Not yet, and we do not claim otherwise. The integration has passed the tests of ATK's test environment. The certification application has been filed; as soon as we receive the certificate, we write it here with its number.
Do I need a fiscal cash register or any special device?
No. A tablet, phone or computer with a browser and an 80 mm thermal printer is enough. The receipt is signed on the device and sent to ATK.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Sales go on. The receipt prints with the OFFLINE mark and the QR code, is kept on the device and is fiscalised by itself when the connection returns, within the 48 hours AI 01/2026 allows.
I have an accountant. What changes for them?
They sign in to the same company with their own account and see the books as you have them: sales, purchases, bank, payroll. They take the ATK filings and books ready from there. No USB stick, no Excel by email.
How does the licence work?
30 days' trial with everything. Then you buy a yearly licence for the product you use and enter the code under Settings → Licences. We remind you 14 days before it expires. All the details →
Where is the data stored?
In the European Union, with daily backups. Every company belongs only to the account that opened it; deleting the account deletes everything.
