Supermarkets and minimarkets

Simple fiscalisation for supermarkets, with stock that keeps itself

Scan the barcode, the fiscal receipt comes out with ATK's QR code, stock is deducted and the supplier's invoice comes in from PDF without typing anything. At the counter, the tablet or computer you already have.

A working day

This is how the day goes with Portofol.

  1. Morning

    Barcode scanner and scale labels

Scan the EAN or the scale label (code 2x with the weight inside); the item, quantity and price go into the receipt by themselves.

  2. During the day

    Stock deducted with every receipt

Every sale deducts from stock at once; items under the minimum appear in tomorrow's order list for the supplier.

  3. Afternoon

    The supplier's invoice from PDF

Upload the supplier's invoice, the lines are read and the goods enter stock with the new purchase price and the deductible VAT.

  4. Month end

The VAT books ready for EDI

The sales book from the receipts and the purchase book from the invoices, in ATK's Excel, for every month, with no import.

How you start, in three steps

  1. Upload the itemsFrom the supplier's Excel or the list you have: barcode, name, price, VAT rate, colour group for the counter.
  2. Connect the scanner and the printerA USB or Bluetooth scanner works as a keyboard; the 80 mm thermal printer prints the receipt with QR. No driver, no technician.
  3. Sell and close the dayThe receipt is fiscalised with ATK on every sale; in the evening the day's report shows cash, cards and cashiers.
